Colectiv fire UPDATE: Tragedy continues to unfold. Another young woman dies in Germany. Death toll up to 58

Another young woman injured in the fire at the Colectiv nightclub has died on Friday at a hospital in Germany, where she had been transferred after almost two weeks of treatment at a hospital in Bucharest, the number of those who lost their life reaching 58, three weeks after the tragedy.

According to medical sources, the young woman was Andreea Stefan, 28 year old, from Ramnicu Valcea. She had been hospitalized at ‘Sf. Ioan’ Hospital, after the tragedy at Colectiv nightclub on October 30, in critical condition, with burns on 50 percent of her body and burns of the respiratory tract.

On the evening of November 8, the young woman was transferred to the Clinic for Plastic Surgery and Injured with Severe Burns in Bochum, Germany, and was later operated by the German doctors for skin grafts, according to a post on 12 November, on the website liniedreapta.net.

Andreea Stefan lived in Bucharest and, since 2012, she was working as HR manager with Accenture Romania.

According to information from Andreea Stefan’s Facebook profile, before working with Accenture Romania, she worked with the National Fund of Credit Guarantee for Small and Medium Enterprises (FNGCIMM), where he was Business Analyst.

Andreea Stefan had graduated the Faculty of Public Administration of the National School of Political and Administrative Studies in Bucharest.

According to the Facebook profile, Andreea Stefan, was a cat lover, as proof standing the numerous posts with the small felines, some of them being hers.

The 28 years old had, according to information on her Facebook profile, a relationship with Marvin Nicodemus, from Frankfurt, Germany, as the two have announced it on the social network on April 24, 2015.
