The biological samples taken by the Romanian investigators in the murder case of Adriana belong to the suspected Dutch citizen, Joop Visscher, the General Prosecutor’s Office has informed. At the same time, Interpol has officially confirmed the man died in the car crash believed to be a suicidal act.
General Prosecutor’s Office has taken over today a case from Iasi that remained unsolved. The file dates back in 2016 when a 8-year-old girl from Iasi would have been sexually abused by an unidentified man, with the first clues of the investigators revealing the main suspect of this case would be the same Dutch citizen who had allegedly killed Adriana Feraru, the 11yo girl from the village Gura Sutii, Dambovita county.
The girl from Iasi, who was 8 years old at the time of the aggression, is to be heard by the prosecutors.
The prosecutors from Iasi said that a 8-year-old minor girl from Horlesti village, Iasi had been sexually abused by a man in June 2016. The case remained unsolved as the investigators had identified no suspect.

Last year, the Police from Iasi published the images captured on the cameras, calling on the citizens to help it identify the aggressor, although the criminal case had been opened in 2016.
The Dutch man Joop Visscher is the main suspect in murdering the 11yo from Dambovita and came out as having legal problems in his country regarding sexual-related crimes. Although he head been heard by the Romanian Police the past weekend, Visscher was allowed to leave Romania, returned to the Netherlands, with the Dutch Police reporting several days ago that the man had deliberately crashed his car into a truck and died.
