An earthquake shook the Buzau County, Vrancea region Tuesday morning, the National Institute of Research Development for Earth Physics (INCDFP) informs, adding that it took place at 9.01h.
The quake had a magnitude of 3.5 on Richter scale and took place at a depth of 122 km, close to the towns of Nehoiu (28 km), Covasna (50 km), Buzău (51 km), Mizil (55 km), Întorsura Buzăului (57 km).
The previous quake took place also in Buzau County, on April 12, and had a magnitude of 3.8 on Richter scale.
