Three vocational high-schools awarded RON 100.000

Three Romanian vocational high-schools forming craftsmen won funds amounting RON 97.500 each in order to implement educational projects, through the “Crafts for Romania” program held from September 15 to November 9. The money will be invested in equipping laboratories where future craftsmen are trained, reads a press release.

The winning high schools are “Petru Rare?” Technical High School in Bucharest, Bârse?ti Technological High School in Târgu Jiu and “Vasile Adamachi” Agricultural and Food Industry High School in Ia?i. The jury deciding where the awards are going was formed by Junior Achievement and Heineken Romania’s representatives.

101 post-secondary schools and vocational high-schools have signed up to the “Crafts for Romania” competition, launched in August by Bucegi beer in collaboration with Junior Achievement NGO.
