Former ANRP Vice-president files complaint to the Prosecutor’s Office against DNA’s Kovesi

Former Vice-president of the National Agency for Property Restitution (ANRP) has filed to the Prosecutor’s Office a criminal complaint against the National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA) chief Laura Codruta Kovesi for abuse of office and incitement to unjust repression.

The complaint was filed by former ANRP Vice-president Ingrid Mocanu and was registered on Tuesday by the Prosecutor’s Office upon the High Court of Cassation and Justice.

“The recordings are enough for me to file a criminal complaint against the DNA chief, the one instigating to drawing up files having potential against ministers or files having potential. I was not minister, I was in the files having potential… because the very day when the meeting was held… the file was brought to front, so that DNA goes over the impasse created by the Constitutional Court’s decision, and by using such files they were trying to cover up the scandal,” Ingrid Mocanu said for Romania TV.
