The list of states with high epidemiological risk has been updated by the national health authorities. People who come to Romania from these states must stay in quarantine for 14 days.
51 states are on the list of “yellow areas”. The U.S. and Canada are out of the list, while other European countries hosting large communities of Romanians are still in the yellow zone: Spain, Italy, France, UK, Hungary.
As for Spain, it has reported less coronavirus infections in the past week following the removal of some duplicated data from the beginning of the pandemic up to the present.
Republic of Moldova also remains on the yellow list, as well as Israel, Bulgaria, but also the Maldives, a travel destination preferred by the Romanian tourists.
On the other side, Turkey and Greece are not on the list, likewise Germany, which remains in the “green area”.
