Incident in the Black Sea – Romanian soldier injured during exercise on ‘Regele Ferdinand’ frigate

A Romanian diving soldier crew has fallen while trying to descend from a helicopter, according to reporterntv.ro, quoted by antena3.ro.

He should have come aboard the ‘Regele Ferdinand’ frigate, but he got unbalanced and fell while descending on the rope.

The accident took place offshore in the Black Sea during a training session for an overseas mission where the injured diver was to leave on October 6. The young man suffered multiple traumas and was initially taken by a military helicopter to the Constanta Emergency Clinical Hospital, but the doctors have decided to transfer him to a hospital in Bucharest.
