MFA issues travel warning for Romanians going to France

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs the Romanian citizens who are, transit or intend to travel to the French Republic that the railway transport staff has announced the strike, ensuring the minimum service of the train traffic.

According to a press release sent by the MFA, the railway traffic on the entire territory of France will be disturbed on July 6.

The MFA recommends consulting the updated information on transport conditions, available on the SNCF website: https://www.sncf.com/fr, https://www.sncf-connect.com/aide/informations-situation-perturbee, https : //www.sncf.com/fr/itineraire-reservation/info-trafic/gl, as well as the SNCF application.

Romanian citizens can request consular assistance at the telephone numbers of the Romanian Embassy in Paris: +33147052966 and +33147052755, the calls being redirected to the Contact and Support Center of Romanian Citizens Abroad and taken over by Call Center operators on a permanent basis.
