The National Meteorology Administration (ANM) has issued on Friday a warning for bad weather, with sleet and snowfall.
ANM informs that during October 27, 21.00h – October 30, 23.00h, wind intensifications will take place, and precipitations will be registered as sleet and snowfall in the mountains, accompanied by thermal discomfort. The wind gusts will reach 45-55 km/h, but in the mountains it could reach 65-70 km/h and 80-90 km/h on the peaks. Temporary sleet and snowfall will be registered, realitatea.net informs.
On Sunday and Monday the wind will intensify in all regions of the country, whereas in the mountains it will snow with blizzards and an important snow layer is expected.
Temperatures will fall countrywide, the sensation of chill being amplified by the strong wind.
