Over half of Romanians (52%) think the country is heading in a wrong direction, with their health, the possibility of a regional conflict and the income drop being the main sources of concern, reveals an INSCOP survey conducted during November 26-December 2 and released by Agerpres on Tuesday.
The study reads that 34.3 percent of the Romanian population consider that our country is heading to a right direction, while 52.3 percent think the direction is wrong.
Romanians are mostly concerned about their health (20 pc compared to 23.3 pc in October), about the possibility of a regional conflict (18.6 pc compared to 14.2 pc in October) and about their incomes going down (17.5 pc compared to 16 pc two months ago). 12.2 pc are worried about the prices rise, 11.7 pc about losing their jobs and other 10.4 pc about political instability.
The concern ranking is closed by the natural calamities (4.4 pc) and the environment deterioration (1.2%).
The survey also shows that 48.9% of the Romanian say their life is the same as a year ago, 25.2 % think it’s worse and 24.4% admit it’s better.
A third of the respondents (33.4%) believe in 2016 they will live the same as this year, while 28.3% fear their standards of living will get worse.
