“Eatables Christmas” gastronomic and gifts fair due on December 12-23 in Unirii Park in the Capital will rejoin traditional Romanian products with kickshaws of Greek, Italian, Turkish and Iranian cuisines. Creative workshops for children will not miss the show either.
Visitors will be able to dine on the spot at the mini-restaurants improvised inside the fair and they can also shop a little bit, the offer ranging from Christmas ornaments, clothes to handmade jewelry and accessories.
Every night has a special show in store for you: carols, folk music and dances from Muntenia, Bukovina and Maramure?, as well as Greek cultural performances. Charitable events will add to the surprises list.
Children can take part in ceramics painting workshops or they can learn how to make their own ornaments for the Christmas tree from ice-cream sticks and egg boxes, to create greetings cards for Santa Clause, little firs from cupcake paper, carton reindeers or they can learn to bake and decorate ginger bread.
