Mozart’s Requiem performed at Romanian Athenaeum to mark the 1989 Revolution

A commemorative performance marking 25 years since the Romanian Revolution will take place at the Romanian Athenaeum on December 21, starting 6 p.m.

“George Enescu” Philarmonic Orchestra, conducted by Horia Andreescu will perform “Requiem” by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The concert is supported by the Culture Ministry.

Mozart died at 35 years old, leaving “Requeim” work unfinished and his disciple, Sussmayr nailed it down.
