Two new names have been confirmed for the Untold Festival due in Cluj-Napoca this summer.
Hardwell, dubbed as the best DJ in the world and Grammy winner Afrojack will tread the boards at this year’s edition scheduled on August 4-7.
“After the legendary Tiesto, Grammy winner Afrojack and Hardwell, ranked as the first DJ in the world by DJ Magazine in 2013 and 2014, join the list of the 5 kings of electronic-dance-music (EDM) who will attend the second edition of Untold festival this year. Untold fans are the ones who crowned them and add them to the most wanted artists list for the four days of the festival,” reads the organizers’ release.
29-year-old Afrojack, on his real name Nick van de Wall is coming for the first time in Romania. He is also known for collaborating with internationally renowned artists such as David Guetta, Sia, Nicky Minaj, Pitbull, Ne-Yo or Beyonce.
Dutch Hardwell, on his real name Robbert van de Corput, is 28 years old and has always been among the headliners of the biggest festivals in the world. He worked with Tiesto and Jason Derulo.
26,000 passes have already been bought for the Untold 2016 edition. 5,000 passes worth RON 300 plus other fees are still available at www.untoldfestival.com until January 31. 150 internationally renowned artists are expected to attend the festival.
The first edition in 2015 rejoined artists such as Avicii, Armin van Buuren, David Guetta and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike.
