Calea Victoriei/ Victory Avenue iconic boulevard in Bucharest is getting pedestrian this weekend for the fourth edition of the „On foot on Victory Avenue” event, with lots of performances in store on the George Enescu St-Victory Avenue route: theatre plays, music concerts, mimes, cartoonists, clowns, magicians, painting, puzzle and modelling workshops. Handmade product fairs will not miss the show either.
The event is running from Saturday to Sunday, between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m.
Visitors will meet animators and famous mascots, huge dolls, harlequins with soap bubbles, clowns with balloons, animators on stilts, cartoonists, mimes, magicians and a professional photo studio.
Children artistic bands will play instruments, while theatres will stage theatre plays for the little ones, but also for grown ups.
Stalls with handmade products will accompany visitors on a one-kilometer distance, luring them with jewelry and accessories made of silver, glass, porcelain, ceramics, pearls, care beauty products, toys and food.
Bucharest Museum and „George Enescu” Museum will join the event, providing extra visiting hours. Bucharest Museum will stay open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m, while „George Enescu” Museum from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
