Open Gates at the Russian Center in Bucharest

The Russian Center for Science and Culture in Bucharest will hold the Open Gates Day at its HQs on 50 Lascar Catargiu Boulevard on September 15, starting 6 p.m.

Music, conversations in Russian, traditional sweets and tea will welcome visitors who can also have an extended tour through the center.

Children will be welcomed with all kind of activities performed by the center’s educator Svetlana Cocea, such as a master class, a theatre play “Masha and the Bear”, while Radu Captari will teach children some guitar chords.

For grown ups, the center’s native Russian teachers, Anna Ostanina, Pavel Crahmaliov will present a lecture on the Russian language classes, as well as details on the free conversation classes and on the theatre for the amateurs.

The literary tea house inside the Center will offer visitors tea and traditional sweets, a press release informs.
