‘Ozosep’ cultural gastronomic exhibition in Bucharest this weekend

The third edition of the cultural gastronomic exhibition, “Ozosep” will take place in the yard of Magyar Balassi Institute in Bucharest this weekend. Visitors are welcomed with 100 percent natural products, from Hungarian traditional cakes, meat and cheese products, products of beekeeping, home made bread, palinka, jams and natural syrups, to wooden toys, natural cosmetics, traditional clothes and ceramics.

Visitors can also find 400 goulash portions cooked on the spot, hot tea and wine and hand-made beer from Miercurea Ciuc. Children can enjoy a handicraft workshop.

The event is due on Saturday and Sunday, from 11:00 to 19:00 and is organized by the Association of Magyar Economists in Romania, Bucharest branch and the Chamber of Agriculture in Harghita County.
