Payment, Check-in, Top Up and Refund at the 5th edition of Neversea Festival

There are a few days left until the most anticipated festival on the Black Sea coast, NEVERSEA. The event that takes place this year between July 6-9, on Neversea Beach, in Constanța, is this year at its five-year anniversary edition. Tens of thousands of fans from the country and abroad are expected at the festival, as well as over 150 top artists at the national and international level, who will guarantee entertainment for all those present.

The organizers have prepared the flow of access to the festival and recommend going through the information below for the best possible dynamics in terms of entering the festival and performing the check-in and top-up process.

The organizers warn that only fans registered in the Check-in form (online or at the location) can receive the festival wristband, based on a subscription or a one-day ticket, with a valid barcode and ID card.

Youngsters under the age of 18 must have with them, in addition to the access ticket and the identity document, the parental consent document. It can be downloaded from https://neversea.com/static/parental-consent-ro.pdf, and must be completed before coming to the festival. Minors under 14 must be accompanied by a parent and have a valid ticket.

Preredemption (changing the ticket into a wristband before the festival) and Pre Top-up (after receiving the wristband, the possibility to add money to the top-up points at the location) can be done from Wednesday, July 5, between 15:00 – 22:00, at the Check-in points in the festival. For a faster flow and to avoid queues, the organizers recommend online check-in.

Anyone who purchased tickets for Thursday only can pick up their festival wristband on both Wednesday and Thursday. For Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the wristband will only be able to be picked up on the day corresponding to the ticket (for example: Friday 7 July for one-day tickets for Friday), starting at 16:00.

Check-in points at the location and access to the festival are located right at the entrance to Modern beach, on Lebedei street (after Tomis Tourist Port). If the festival-goers choose the route from the city center (and not the Port), they must bear in mind that the only stairs open to the public will be those on Mircea cel Bătrân street, next to the Continental Hotel.

For those who want to reach the festival by car, the organizers signal several warnings. First of all, the use of alternative routes, as the Fetești bridge is under rehabilitation works, and traffic will be difficult. Secondly, there will be no parking spaces near the festival, and access to the port will be restricted, allowing only riversiders and buses.

The Neversea Festival opens at 4 p.m. every day

Access to the festival will take place on July 6, 7, 8, 9, starting at 4:00 p.m. Picking up wristbands during the festival can be done daily, until 04:00 am, and access to the festival until 05:00 am. The organizers recommend those present to wear light clothing, to cope with the heat brilliantly, to use sunscreen and to hydrate properly during the event. Also, check the list of allowed items that they can take with them into the festival, to avoid situations where they will be thrown at them by the security guards at the entrance area.

Prohibited items include the following: drugs, alcohol, flammable materials, bottles (including perfume or deodorant bottles), baby bottles, umbrellas, cosmetics (sunscreen is allowed), backpacks or purses larger than 29cm X 21cm X 12 cm, cans, fireworks, lasers, sprays, knives, guns, blunt objects, banners supported by sticks, chairs, chains, pyrotechnics, food or drinks, animals, professional cameras or video cameras, including any type of DSLR camera or with removable lenses, any type of object that can cause injury. More details about the items that participants are not allowed to bring into the festival can be found in the regulations on the official website, neversea.com, in chapter 8, section 8.8.

 Top Up & Refund

The payment system at Neversea is provided with the support of Raiffeisen Bank, the Official Bank of the Festival, and is integrated with the access system, which brings more security and convenience to participants.

All those present will be able to pay in the festival only by means of the festival bracelet, so they will not have the possibility to pay cash or card directly at the vendors. The supply of the festival bracelet is done through the top-up process, correlated with everyone’s check-in account. The top-up can be done both online (from the online check-in account – the organizers’ recommendation) or at the location, at the CreditPoint areas of the festival, both with cash and with the card.

The online refund option is only available for amounts loaded online, through the online top up process. Each holder can choose what happens with the money left on the festival bracelet: request a refund or donate it to support the social cause through “Public Hospitals from Private Money”. The refund/donation request is made from the customer’s Check-in account, from where he also made the online top-up.

The online refund starts from July 10 at 9:00 AM and will be available until July 14 at 11:59 PM.

All those who made the top-up at the festival will be able to request a refund at the location during the festival from the CreditPoint boxes in the festival and on Monday, July 10, from 8 am to 5 pm, at the ticketing point at the main access gate.
