US trash metal band Slayer will perform for one last time in Romania next year, in a gig part of their last world tour. The concert in Romania is due at Arenele Romane in Bucharest, on July 10, 2019.

The Slayer gig is part of the Metalhead Meeting event that will turn 15 next year.

Tickets will be available online on iabilet.ro and in the affiliated network of stores as of Friday, December 14 at 10:00 a.m.. The first 1,000 tickets will be put up for sale at special prices.

Slayer performed in Romania in 2010 and 2012.

The band, consisting at present of Kerry King, Tom Araya, Paul Bostaph and Gary Holt, has announced in January this year that its next tour will be the last. Slayer also announced back then that it will be on tour next to Lamb of God, Anthrax, Behemoth and Testament.

Slayer launched its 12th and the last studio album, “Repentless”, in September 2015, two years after guitarist Jeff Hanneman, who founded the band next to Kerry, had died.
