“Beyond the 2024 figures for which we are responsible and which, rightly, the entire Madrigal – Cantus Mundi team is proud of, the past year has made us more responsible and attentive to the way we allocate our resources and take care of our team. 10 years ago, when I joined the Madrigal team, all actions, all projects, all ideas started from an enthusiasm that aimed to bring Madrigal and Cantus Mundi to the public. Today, the enthusiasm has remained, the dreams have grown and the major interest of the team I lead relates to how we manage to multiply good practices, to lay the foundations of an organizational system that will function not only today, but also in 10 years and, most importantly, what needs to be done for cultural education to become a tool for the sustainability of a community.” – Emil Pantelimon, manager of the National Chamber Choir “Madrigal – Marin Constantin.
