Hunedoara is getting ready to host the biggest open-air opera festival in Europe, Opera Nights.
The fifth edition of the festival will kick off on July 15 having two venues: the Corvins’ Castle and the Lapidarium of Dacian and Roman Civilization Museum in Deva.
There will be five evenings of opera and comic opera attended by 170 artists and over 1,000 spectators.
Traviata by Giuseppe Verdi will open the festival, while Nabucco and The Bat by Johann Strauss. Other two opera shows are scheduled at Deva’s Museum and the Opera’s Ball is also due at the museum in the Chimneys Hall.
The price of a ticket range from RON 30 to 100.
