200 extra seats for both Grand Stand and Golden Ring, for the coolest classic rock experience of the year.
Two out of the four ticket categories (Grand Stand – 350 lei and Golden Ring – 270 lei) for the Scorpions concert in Bucharest, on the 12th of June, are sold out, announces the event organizer, Events.
At the audience’s request, these two categories will be each supplemented with 200 tickets, available since the 30th of May, online on www.eventim.ro or through the Eventim network (Germanos, Vodafone, Orange and Domo stores, Humanitas and Cărtureşti book stores). Tickets in the 190 RON (Lawn A) and 150 RON (Lawn B) categories are also available.
Few bands can gather such a diverse audience to their concerts as The Scorpions, an audience that knows the lyrics to at least one song and will sing in unison, wholeheartedly, on “Wind of Change”. New generations of fans, many probably born after “Still Loving You” or “Rock You Like a Hurricane” were released, will have a chance to see their favourite band (again), on June 12th, at Bucharest’s Romexpo arena, within a collector’s concert that’s part of their Crazy World Tour.
The Scorpions is one of the longest-lived rock bands in the world, with a career spanning over 50 years and over 100 million albums sold; their music sounds the same as it did on the first day, and each concert is an incredible testament to the pleasure they take in creating and performing it.
Delivering a Crazy World Tour that will inspire all those present, The Scorpions will bring back the energy and emotion that their concert-going fans are accustomed to. One night will feature five decades of music, in a show that promises to be explosive.
The opening acts for this mega show put on by the world rock history-making band will be Compact B and Salamandra.
Compact B reunited, După Ani și Ani (“After Years and Years”), in 2017, with a roster that includes all of the group’s most important historical members: Costi Cămărășan (founder of the band Compact), Leluț Vasilescu, Adrian Coco Tinca, Adrian Ordean and Monel Puia. Compact B’s special guest is Leo Iorga.
Salamandra, a band whose leader, Cristian Becker, was part of its initial line-up in1969, own an impressive international repertoire, and have performed numerous concerts, both nationally and abroad.
