You feel like watching some movies while barefoot on the beach? Come to the Black Sea Film Festival in August end

What could ever be more relaxing and delightful, than spending a night on the beach… barefoot, wet hair, sun-kissed skin, summer wind, friends and lovers, and a sky full of stars? We know. All these, along with a series of great films! We offer you the wonderful experience of mixing the best of summer with cinema, aiming to make you FEEL. Literally.

The third edition of The Black Sea Film Festival returns in the 26th – 31st August, at Dincolo at La Pescarie Amphitheatre, above the beach of Vama Veche, a charismatic place, already famous for its young, vibrating and artistic spirit. Wonderful seaside movie nights are expecting you to enjoy the summer breeze, and watch films under millions of stars and galaxies! It’s all about the feels. It’s all about the cineFEELS!

The selection of films this year at The Black Sea Film Festival includes selected and awarded films in world-renowned festivals – Annecy International Animated Film Festival, Annie Awards, Bafta, Berlinale, Cannes Film Festival, Edinburgh International Film Festival, European Film Awards, Flickerfest, Locarno Festival, Raindance Film Festival, Sundance Film Festival, Toronto International Film Festival, Tribeca Film Festival, Venice Film Festival, etc.

Jury TBSFF 2018 consists of: Andrei Şendrea (film critic and screenwriter), Caroline Gombé (film, television and theater actress), Bogdan Filip (director of photography and photographer), Alecs Năstoiu (film producer, director and screenwriter), Tom Wilson (film director and journalist) and Radu Munteanu, film producer and director, the initiator & the director of the TBSFF festival.

Tickets for TBSFF 2018 can be found during the festival, at Dincolo at La Pescarie Amphitheatre, starting with 8 pm.

Designed to acknowledge the creative contributions of all-ages artists, beginners, or with a long way paved behind, The Black Sea Film Festival is an annual event which awards new inspiring, motivating talent in cinematography.

6 evenings with projections, showcasing a variety of innovative independent short and feature films, coming from all over the world: Armenia, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Islamic Republic of Iran, Japan, Netherlands, Réunion, Romania, United Kingdom, United States, Ukraine.

Animation, Short and Feature Documentary, Experimental, Fashion, Short and Feature Fiction, Human Rights, Music Video, Student – these are the categories of our 2018 festival edition.
