Ana Andreea Beatrice (24 years old) won the silver medal in the 53 kg category at the European Wrestling Championships in Bratislava. Alexandra Anghel (27 years old) won the bronze medal in the 72 kg category at the European Wrestling Championships in Bratislava.
Alexandra Anghel brought the third and final medal for Romania at the European Championships held in Bratislava.
