3Pillar Global began recruiting IT specialists in Cluj-Napoca and Timisoara

US software development company 3Pillar Global seeks to hire 100 IT specialists in Cluj-Napoca and Timisoara, a press release informs. The company also announces the extension of operations in Romania and the region.

In the two centers of 3Pillar Global in Romania are currently working 400 employees, and the target for this year is to reach a number of 500 IT specialists.

The American IT services company is looking for senior IT engineers with over 3 years experience, covering programming and testing functions. At the same time, 3Pillar Global aims to increase a next generation of specialists and to develop skills in this regard.

In particular, 3Pillar Global seeks to hire engineers with competencies in technologies used for the development of web (Java, Python, Ruby on Rails, Front End) and mobile applications (iOS and Android) but also experience in testing (manual and automated).

“The two offices of Global 3Pillar in Cluj and Timisoara have a strategic role for the company, so the development of these centers is a priority. (…) Our teams have developed consulting skills and ability to work in mixed groups with specialists in the US and UK,” Catalin Stef, General Manager of 3Pillar Global Romania, stated.

Of the 800 employees that the company has at global level, 250 are working in the new headquarters in Cluj-Napoca’s “The Office” centre and 150 in Timisoara’s City Business Centre.

3Pillar Global Romania entered the Romanian market in 2009, recording a turnover of RON 50.8 million and a net profit of RON 3.6 million in 2015.

After almost 15 years of journalism, I still want to explore new ways, to inform and stay updated. That’s why The Romania Journal project fits me so well.
Today I describe myself as a passionate about the history of world culture, having a PhD in Hebrew Culture and Civilization, after a scholarship at the University of Haifa International School, as a language addict, an environmental activist, pet lover and traveler.
