9 months report: Over 6,3 million passengers on Bucharest airports

Air traffic on the two airports in Bucharest increased with 7,7 per cent during the first nine months, which equals 6,31 million passengers, according to the airports’ administrator, CNAB. The institution estimates that overall, by year-end, the traffic will be increasing from 7,6 to 8 million passengers.

In September, the National Company Airports Bucharest (CNAB) registered an air traffic totaling 829.396 passengers, almost 9 per cent more compared to the same period of the previous year.

As for the aircrafts’ movements, during the first nine months there have been registered 77.190 such movements, on the rise with 5,7 per cent.
