Leader Team Insurance Broker part of Londongate Group is the first insurance intermediary in Romania that uses artificial intelligence to relieve employees of boring work, capital.ro informs.
“The company’s idea was to introduce a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution that takes over repetitive tasks and eliminates data entry errors”, the broker said in a statement.
At the end of last year, a pilot project was implemented that once set it has proven its effectiveness and now it’s going to be extended to the entire company. Practically, many of the administrative activities have been simplified and workflows have been optimized.
“For example, one of the most important processes that has been automated is the financial reconciliation. In short, this means collecting and reconciling all policy and insurance data from insurers using their formats. The information volume is huge, this being processed by robots in just one day,” Razvan Rusu, Leader Team CEO, said.
The broker noted that robotic automation is the fastest and most effective way to collect, process, and deliver a great deal of information.
