Forte Partners, the developer of the The Bridge, has signed a major lease contract with UPC Romania, part of Liberty Global, the world’s largest international cable company, a press release informs.
Forte Partners leased a total area of almost 6.000 sqm in The Bridge 2 building to UPC Romania. The new office of UPC Romania will be the headquarters of the company, thus consolidating operations from two locations, the Nordului office and the one from Sema Park, starting in 2019.

We are pleased to inaugurate in 2019 the new headquarters with excellent facilities for our employees in a modern concept that will allow the consolidation of our offices in Bucharest. The dynamic configuration of the new space supports our cultural organization, facilitating the exchange of experience and fostering teamwork”, said Cristian Osadczuk, CFO UPC România.

The transaction was carried out with the support of Colliers International Romania, the real estate consultancy company that manages The Bridge.
