AFI Europe appoints new Head of Retail Leasing Division

AFI Europe Romania names Roxana Stănciulescu as new Head of Retail Leasing Department.

With more than 15 years experience in retail, Roxana Stănciulescu will focus in maintaining and improving the tenant mix of AFI Europe Romania Retail department.

Roxana’s experience comprehends former collaborations with Echo Investment, the most important real-estate developer in Poland, with CBRE and JLL. With JLL, she led the company’s retail team. Also, Roxana had previous collaboration with AFI Europe, in the pre-opening phase of AFI Cotroceni and contributed to the tenants mix of the newly opened commercial center. Roxana’s rich retail experience includes the repositioning and selling support of Militari Shopping Center Bucharest on behalf of the owner Atrium Real Estate.

As new Head of Retail Leasing with AFI Europe Romania, Roxana will coordinate the leasing activity of AFI Cotroceni, AFI Brasov, AFI Ploiesti and of the future commercial projects AFI Europe is developing like the commercial center near AFI City or future Retail Park in Arad.
