AFI Europe Romania invests around EUR 1.6 M in AFI Lakeview refurbishment

AFI Europe Romania started in April 2021 the works for the refurbishment of all the common areas in AFI Lakeview office building, an investment of approx. 1.6 Mil Euro. Following this investment, the tenants of AFI Lakeview will  enjoy an attractive work environment: a lobby with modern design, corridors and restrooms completely renovated.

The A Class office building is part of AFI’s office portfolio, located in Center-North part of Bucharest, in one of the capital’s most exclusive areas, easily accessible from the city center and only 15 minutes away from Otopeni Airport. AFI Lakeview offers 25,500 sqm GLA of A class modern office spaces, with a complex architecture combined into 2-height levels of the building: GF+14 and GF+7, 4 underground parking levels and storage spaces to fulfil all tenant’s needs.
