Aforti Exchange carried out transactions of over EUR 5.5 M in the first 6 months in Romania

Poland-based Aforti Exchange closes the first 6 months of operations on the Romanian market with over EUR 5.5 million in exchanged currency and over 400 individual and corporate clients, as a press release informs.

The Bucharest office, run by Dorin-Claudiu Sterie, is the first foreign office opened by Aforti Exchange.

April was the best month registered so far by the the first Polish fintech and a foreign exchange platform that entered Romania, EUR 1.5 million has been exchanged. Estimated 80 percent of the transactions carried out through the platform is from RON to Euro, however the platform offers exchange to 12 different currencies.

The company plans to focus strongly on developing the local team and increasing its capacities as well as extend the product portfolio.
