Ana Dumitrache leaves CTP Romania

CTP, the leading premium industrial parks developer and long-term manager in Romania and Central and Eastern Europe, announces changes and the expansion of its management team, both local and international.

According to a press release, Robert Pitt (photo), former CEO Tasco, pittjoined CTP’s international team as Chief Operating Officer, starting the end of last year, while Iuliana Busca and Andreea Enescu will run the business development team in Romania, starting February 1st 2018.

Thus, Pitt will take over the tasks of Ana Dumitrache, Co-Country Head for Romania. Remon Vos, CEO of CTP and Country Head for Romania will continue his position.

“Over the past 14 months, Mrs. Ana Dumitrache has been working closely with Mr. Remon Vos to build a strong team of property professionals, from the position of Co-Country Head. Mrs. Ana Dumitrache will pursue a new career opportunity,” the release reads.

Pitt will focus on the HR, IT, Legal, Controlling and Construction, Design, Permitting and Procurement, and will also work with the local construction team on the projects under development throughout the country.

Pitt, 47, has a degree in economics from University College of Dublin and previously worked for Lidl in Ireland & Northern Ireland as Property Director and then as COO for Lidl in Czech &Slovak Republics. He continued his career as COO and CEO of Tesco’s franchise business, where he spent almost eight years and most recently he was CEO of Independent News & Media PLC Ireland.

CTP Romania has set clear tasks to reach total lettable area of 1,5 million sqm by 2019.
