Arburg enters Romania

The German company Arburg, owned by the Hehl family, opened a subsidiary in Romania. Arburg produces injection molding machines, multi-axis robots, Scada systems, in Germany, it has annual business of 780 million euros and about 3,700 employees.

The company has a production unit, two technology centers and an innovation hub in Germany and is one of the largest manufacturers of electric, hybrid and hydraulic plastic injection molding machines in the world.

Arburg Romania was established by Arburg spol s.r.o., the Czech subsidiary of the German company. The Romanian company is managed by Daniel Orel, who is also the Managing Director of Arburg spol. s.r.o. Arburg Romania has a share capital of over 995,000 lei, according to data from the Trade Register.
