With a 15-year experience in the pharmaceutical sector and holding various positions within the group both in Romania and abroad, Catalin Radu is pledging for a strategic approach during his term, with ambitious perspectives for the future.

Bayer’s business model is focused on innovation and development-we want to always do more, we are permanently learning and trying to raise the profile of the knowledge and personality of each member of the team. I am glad that I can take this vision further and I am convinced that, next to my colleagues of the Pharmaceuticals department, will accomplish projects that will really contribute to increasing the Romanians’  quality of life,” said Catalin Radu.

Radu joined Bayer in 2007, as director of the Pharmaceuticals division in Romania and he was appointed as Regional Brand Manager at the company’s main office in Berlin two years later. He was Business Operations Manager for the Turkey-Maghreb area within EMA region during 2012-2014.
