Bellemonde Secures €21M Financing from Libra Bank for Pipera Development

Bellemonde has obtained a financing agreement of 21 million euros with Libra Internet Bank for the development in Pipera. Bellemonde is thus the newest gated community residential in the northern part of the capital, launched in June during the “Vernissage of Bellemonde Residences” event, following the issuance of the construction permit. The project will cover a land area of over 41,000 square meters and will feature 93 villas and 71 apartments, made with an investment of over 40 million euros and an estimated delivery time of 24 months.

On June 7, 2024, Bellemonde received the construction permit from the Voluntari City Hall and is preparing to begin the development of the 164 housing units within the residential complex. The new development will include various housing options, such as individual houses, duplexes, townhouses, and villas with 2, 3, and 4-bedroom apartments, offering multiple housing options for future residents.
