Build21, a real estate company that utilizes blockchain principles and infrastructure, announces the launch of its very first funding round on the MultiversX blockchain on September 24th.
Build21 is set to redefine real estate standards in Romania by developing 21 landmark projects, each designed to elevate the quality of life for their residents through superior living spaces.
To bring this vision to life, Build21 involves all three essential communities in the lifecycle of a real estate development: investors, experts in architecture, engineering, and construction, and the future residents of the 21 projects. To facilitate the involvement of these communities, the company has decided to use blockchain technology to help identify community members and allow them to vote, give suggestions, and furthermore.
Additionally, the company aims to provide the best real estate investment options for retail investors in Romania. This investment product allows investors to invest in real estate without having to spend millions or hundreds of thousands of lei or euros.
Build21 collaborated with prominent market specialists to create an unique legal and technological framework that is entirely compliant with current Romanian and European Union regulations. By leveraging blockchain technology, the company makes real estate investments more accessible, secure, fair, transparent, and profitable for small and medium-sized retail investors.
On September 24th, Build21 will open its first funding round on the MultiversX blockchain. During this round, investors can purchase NFTs from the Build21 Helmets collection. These NFTs provide investors with exclusive access to the investor community and the NFT ecosystem, as well as other benefits and advantages that the company will offer. These include priority in investing in all 21 real estate projects, voting rights on major corporate and real estate project decisions, access to events, and other benefits.
