Coca-Cola HBC, the leader of the beverages industry in Romania, is “the most desired employer in the FMCG industry”, for the fifth consecutive year, and one of the most appreciated employers from Romania, according to Most Desired Employers Ranking, published by Catalyst Solutions.

According to a Coca-Cola HBC Romania, data, more than 95% of the Coca-Cola HBC Romania’s employees who were part of talent development programs were promoted within no more than 12 months after completing the program.
According to the latest Sustainability Report of Coca-Cola HBC Romania, for the period
2016-2017, the company paid its employees in Romania, in 2017, total benefits of more than EUR 1.58 million.
Coca-Cola HBC Romania is an employer that respects all its employees’ rights and maintains an open, inclusive, fair, safe and positive workplace. In 2018, Coca-Cola HBC Romania signed the Diversity Charter, together with other organizations and companies in Romania. The Most Desired Employers Ranking is published annually by Catalyst Solutions and it takes under consideration a series of features that the candidates are looking for in a company, such as wage packages, the company’s reputation, opportunities for development within the organization or job security.
