OTP Bank România has recently signed a contract with Cocor București, the company that operates the commercial center located in Bucharest Old Town. The contract provides a loan that will allow COCOR to refinance EUR 6.7 million, credit that was previously contracted. According to the transaction, the amount will be repaid in 10 years by equal monthly refunds and keeping the guarantees approved by the council.

“It’s a pleasure for us to contribute in financing of the commercial center located in the Capital Old Town, the first one that promoted and supported Romanian fashion designers to persevere. By offering this loan to the Cocor store, we also support micro entrepreneurs designers, which is in line with our business strategy”, said Dragoş Mirică, Deputy General Manager, Corporate Division and Board Member at OTP Bank România.

“We are thankful that we have found OTP Bank România as a reliable and strong partner with whom we will have a long-term collaboration. The loan offered by the bank is an encouragement and a support to continue developing our retail activity as well as to increase the number of clients”, said Pricopie Cristian, president of the COCOR board of directors.
