Another multinational company to open operational centre in Sibiu, to employ 200 people

Conectys, a leading global company in the outsourcing sector, will open a new operations centre in Sibiu in the second half of 2015, turnulsfatului.ro informs.
“The new Conectys operational centre comes as a confirmation of the company’s experience in the development of outsourcing processes, technological innovation and personnel training. In 2014, the company’s achievements were rewarded with four prizes in some of the most important international galas in the field of outsourcing. Although 2015 is still at the beginning, Conectys is already among the finalists of other three important competitions,” says Arnold Cobbaert, company founder and CEO, in a press release.
The company currently seeks to recruit young professionals and graduates with good knowledge of European languages, with initial focus on German and French. Candidates in Sibiu area will have access to positions of call centre and back office in industries such as gaming, high-tech, internet, finance and e-commerce.
Sibiu becomes thus the fifth location Conectys in the world after Gent (Belgium), Bucharest, Davao City (Philippines) and the professional team in the Work from Home programme. The new centre will include 200 employees and will start operating in the autumn of 2015.
