eMAG and HeyBlu, a financial services company owned by the eMAG group, announce the acquisition of Orange Money, by taking over 100% of the shares.
The transaction is part of eMAG’s strategy to expand the development and diversification of the financial services offered.

We continue to invest in the development and improvement of financial services, both to offer customers a shopping experience with multiple options and to address the needs of our partners, the interest in these solutions being constantly growing“, said Tudor Manea, CEO of eMAG Group.
Currently, over 2.5 million customers can access the flexible financing options available in My Wallet, from the possibility of paying 30 days after purchase, to purchasing in 4, 6, 12, 24 or 36 fixed installments, for orders worth up to 10,000 lei, both for products from the eMAG offer and for those of partner sellers in the Marketplace.
