Transport Ministry announces that Astaldi will complete works in Romania worth EUR 400m next year

The representatives of Astalti announced on Thursday, during a meeting with the Transportation Minister, Lucian Sova, that the company is ready to invest at least EUR 400 million in Romania, next year, the ministry informs on Facebook.

Minister Sova and the Astaldi management representatives, involved in infrastructure works in Romania, discussed the means to accelerate investments to complete the project regarding highways, railways and underground lines on schedule, ziare.com informs.

“Minister Lucian Sova has ensured the Italian company that the Romanian authorities will act rapidly to facilitate the bureaucratic flow for these investments. Astaldi mentioned that it is ready to complete works worth at least EUR 400 million in 2019,” the Transport Ministry’s release reads.

The project in which the Italian construction company is involved are the Campia Turzii-Ogra-Targu Mures highway, the Radna-Gurasada-Simeria railway and the underground lines M4 and M5, the same source informs.
