Dacia announced the news for the Sandero, Sandero Stepway, Jogger and Logan models. All are refreshed in 2024, with an emphasis on safety following the July 2024 entry into force of Global Safety Regulation #2.
In addition, the cars come with small aesthetic and functional changes.
The entire Dacia range will comply with the new GSR2 regulations, and the carmaker from Mioveni has also announced a new level of equipment for the Sandero, Journey, corresponding to the Extreme version on the Stepway.
It will offer, as standard: shark tail antenna, Randia alloy wheels, door sill trims, specific floor mats and numerous equipment: hands-free card, reversing camera, removable smartphone holder and trunk organizer. ‘
The opening of orders for the Sandero, Sandero Stepway, Jogger and Logan models MY 2024 (model year 2024) will take place gradually during April 2024.
The Logan and Sandero models will benefit from Flexwheel biton Atara wheels, while the Stepway and Jogger models will feature Flexwheel biton Atara Dark wheels. Depending on the model, the new Randia and Randia Dark alloy wheels will be available. Also, new exterior colors will be available from 2024: the Beige Safari color becomes the exclusive shade of the Sandero Stepway model, and the Gris Schiste color, until now reserved for the Jogger model, as well as the Cedar Green shade, emblematic of the Extreme version, are now available on all models.
A “My Safety” button located on the left side of the dashboard allows certain ADAS functions to be deactivated both while driving and each time you leave the place. In addition, all models in the range now have a rescue code: a QR code in the form of a sticker visible on the windscreen and rear window. It allows consultation of the rescue sheet, produced by Dacia, through a dedicated and free application. Rescue teams thus have access to all the information necessary for a safe and effective intervention and can save precious minutes.
Regarding functionality and comfort, it should be noted that the Jogger HYBRID 140 is now equipped with the new 7″ screen presented on the new Duster. This model will also have the new E-Save function. This function allows setting a traction battery charge level (~ 70%) in order to keep enough energy to continue the journey. When the driver knows that he will encounter a specific situation on the route (for example going up a hill), he can activate this mode a few kilometers before (< 5 km) and deactivate it immediately after the climb. E-SAVE mode is activated by the driver.
Other new comfort elements are: USB-C socket at the bottom of the dashboard. USB-C socket behind the center console for vehicles equipped with the Comfort Pack option (depending on the country). Manual air conditioning on the Essential version of the Jogger model.
