The registrations of new Dacia cars in France has reported a 19.5% rise up to 10,138 units in October, according to statistics reported by the Committee of the French Carmakers.
The car deliveries by Ford and Daimler have climbed up to 13.7% and 7.7% respectively the previous month, while Renault has reported a decline of 3.4%. Overall, the French automotive market has reported a decline by 1.5% in October, with 173,799 new cars registered.
During January-October 2018, the new Dacia car registrations have reported a rise of 21.1%, meaning 118,372 units, as against the first ten months of 2017.
The Dacia Sandero has been named as the best performing small hatchback in the Honest John Satisfaction Index 2018. The Sandero came out on top in the small hatch class with an impressive satisfaction rating of 93.8%.
Dacia was third overall in the list of best performing car manufacturers with a score 89.3%, automotiveworld.com reports.
Based on the feedback of 10,000 car owners, they were asked to rate their cars in a variety of important areas, with drivers scoring them for reliability, ride comfort, fuel economy, practicality and performance. Owners also ranked their cars for build quality, ease of use, safety and repair costs.
