Iconica, the industry’s first official global alliance of boutique ServiceNow partners, has launched. The new entity, founded by ServiceNow veterans Michel Regueiro and Thomas Gouy, is headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland and includes nine firms and more than 300 certified consultants. The Romanian company Devhd is one of the 9 founding members of the alliance.
This exclusive network certifies iconica’s commitment to revolutionize the ServiceNow partner ecosystem. The nine founding companies come from diverse regions across EMEA and have a track record of industry expertise and innovation. They are: Aloha Clouds (Spain), Atomx Systems (France), Convevo (Portugal, Netherlands), Devhd (Romania), Digital Clarity (UK), DM Technology (France, Morocco), Exccon (Germany), Teiva Systems (Ukraine, Germany, USA), Yawize (France, Senegal).
As part of its strategic vision, iconica aims to expand the alliance to 40 members by 2024, totaling more than 1,000 consultants located in the EMEA, US and APAC regions.
97% of ServiceNow partners are small and medium-sized companies: of the 1,952 global partners, the vast majority are small and medium-sized organizations, also known as boutiques. By 2033, boutique organizations are projected to generate $86 billion in revenue.
Devhd, one of the founding members of iconica, stands out as a pioneer company in the ServiceNow ecosystem in Romania. Founded in 2016, Devhd is a ServiceNow partner company focused on generating innovative digital transformation and process automation solutions in companies, with a focus on enterprise application development and integration.
