The most expensive mansion put up for sale at tIMOn real estate fair which opens tomorrow in Bucharest is located in Buzau and belongs to one of the Sensiblu pharmacies founders.

Carpathian Estates is an estate in Buzau county with the villa being designed by the American architect Jim Ruscitto. According to Economica.net, the house is for sale at the price of EUR 2.5 M.

The company owning the estate is managed by Robert Ludovic Charles Simon, one of the founders of A&D Pharma group, which owns Sensiblu pharmacy chain.

The company operating the estate in Buzau is Exclusive Estate & Events, owned by a company registered in Cyprus administered by Robert Ludovic Charles Simon.

The villa is built near Ciolanu Monastery in Buzau county and is the most expensive house put up for sale at tIMOn fair.

The mansion is built of pine logs, stones from the French Alps and slate from Norway and Brazil. The home comprises an indoor pool of 22 metres, sauna, Jacuzzi and fitness area.

The villa has 1,200 square metres and the estate also includes a farm, two lakes, a young orchard, a vegetable garden, a greenhouse, as well as a strawberry and raspberry plantation.

The entire house can be rented for EUR 1,800 per weekend.
