EUR 20 M investment in the newest residential compound in Constanta

The real estate developer Geometrik Build announced an investment of 20 million Euros in the first large-scale project in the southern area of Constanța: South Side Residence.

The new condominium comprises of 384 apartments, to be developed in two phases: the first one, totaling 192 units, is already under construction and will be delivered in September 2022, while the second phase, with another 192 apartments, will begin in August, this year, with a deadline set for May 2023.

Among the facilities of the South Side concept, we can identify secure access, playgrounds for children and pets, sports fields, ornamental swimming pools, green spaces or charging stations for electric cars, the investor aiming to develop a community of young families that value a high standard of living. The ground floor of the six blocks will be reserved for commercial spaces, thus integrating various functions into the project, such as pharmacies, bistros, supermarkets, or kindergartens.

The South Side Residence complex is located on General Ioan Eremia Street, in the southern part of the city, Veterani area. In the immediate vicinity is the roundabout to Eforie as well as the shopping center Auchan, Metro, Brico Depot. The area is in a full development phase, within walking distance to points of interest, such as: two minutes from Autostrada Soarelui, five minutes from the train station, eight minutes from the city center and Modern beach, 10 minutes from Eforie Nord resort or 25 minutes from the airport.

The mix of apartments consists of two-room units of 70 sqm built, with prices starting from 62,880 Euro + VAT and three-room units of 100 sqm built, with prices starting from 85,100 Euro + VAT, each apartment benefiting from two balconies each.
