EUR 25m real estate luxury complex in Cluj-Napoca operational this spring

A new real estate project is to take shape in Cluj-Napoca this spring. The Platinia project by real estate developers Drusal and Florisal combines the commercial and residential function with the aparthotel one. The investment mounts to over EUR 25 M.
The project is located on the site of the former Ursus brewery downtown Cluj-Napoca and is the third project built under the Platinia brand. The first two, Platinia Lounge Residence and Platinia Elite Residence are mixed residential complexes, consisting of apartments, offices and business premises.
The new residential complex comprises two six-storey buildings and 187 apartments of 2 and 3 rooms. There is already a 100% occupancy rate, with apartments being bought by an average price of EUR 1,500/sqm. The most expensive apartment was sold for EUR 2,000 per square meter.
Platinia is located only 10 minutes away from the historical center, near the Central Park, Cluj Arena Stadium and Polyvalent Hall.
Platinia Luxury Suites Aparthotel has 120 apartments disposed on 11 levels. Platinia Shopping Center is at the ground floor, with a useful area of 14,000 sqm and a rentable area of 11,000 sqm.
Platinia Shopping Center is to host about 50 retailers, fashion, show and cosmetics brands, bookshops, jewel and toy stores.
The complex has a two-level underground parking hosting up to 535 parking lots.
