Farmec, the most known local cosmetics producer, continues national expansion. After opening the first Gerovital store in Romania, based in Bucharest, the cosmetics company announced inauguration of the second such store dedicated to the Romanian cosmetics national brand in Constanta, southeastern Romania.

Located in the City Park commercial center in Constanta (116C Alexandru Lapusneanu Boulevard), the new Gerovital store covers a total area of 33 metres, providing all Gerovital and Aslavital products, as well as permanent counselling on the skin care.

The total investment mounted to EUR 61,000.

Constanta is one of the cities where the Farmec products are successful, so we decided to open a store here (…) The inauguration came as a response to the consumers’ requests, and we’ll invest over EUR 200,000 by the end of the year to open three more commercial spaces in the country and to revamp the existing stores,” said Mircea Turdean, Farmec general manager.

The Gerovital brand, famous professor Ana Aslan’s inheritance, rejoins internationally renowned brands for the skin and hair care. AslaVital products for skin care are based 100% on pure argil, originated from Padurea Craiului Mountains in Romania.

The Farmec network is currently counting 8 distribution points in Cluj, Bucharest, Arges, sibiu, Brasov and Neamt and 3 working points in Baia Mare, Craiova and Focsani. Farmec has 6 own stores in Cluj Napoca, Arad, Sibiu and Tg. Mures.

This week Farmec inaugurated the first Gerovital/Farmec store in Bucharest, which is also the first one in the country.
