EU funds amounting EUR 10,4 Bn entered Romania in 2014


Romania benefited in 2014 from EUR 10,4 billion in EU funds for advances and reimbursements, announced on Monday the Executive’s spokesman Corneliu Calot?.

“At the end of 2014,  invoices representing over 50 per cent of the amount allotted to Romania were sent for discount in Brussels. The total amounts that entered Romania for both advances and reimbursements is up to EUR 10,4 billion. For 2015, three operational programs have already been approved: Helping Disadvantaged Persons Operational Programme, the Competitiveness Operational Programme and the Technical Assistance Operational Programme,” Calot? said in a press briefing at Victoria Palace.
