Romanian ministers in talks with IMF-EC representatives on 2016 macroeconomic indicators
Finance Minister Eugen Teodorovici, Labour Minister Rovana Plumb, Economy, Trade and Tourism Minister Mihai Tudose and Energy Minister Andrei Gerea had talks on Thursday, at government headquarters, with Istvan Szekely, the head of the European Commission (EC) delegation and Guillermo Tolosa, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) representative in Romania about macroeconomic indicators for next year.
According to Mediafax, a World Bank (WB) representative also attended the meeting.
Labour minister declared, following the meeting, that they also discussed about the fiscal-budget strategy as of 2016 in the context of the convergence plan and about joint work groups for projects like the wage bill.
Between 19 and 26 of May, an IMF-EC-WB mission is expected to visit Bucharest.
