BVB OKs adjustment of indices for the special dividend granted by Fondul Proprietatea

The list with the decisions taken during the meeting are listed below:
1. Approval of the operational adjustment of BET, BET-TR, BET-XT, BET-XT-TR, BET-BK, BET Plus and BET-FI indices by applying the theoretical price determined according to BVB’s technical specifications and a price correction factor for Fondul Proprietatea (FP) shares of 1.0 on September 7, 2023;
2. Approval of the operational adjustment of BET-TRN and BET-XT-TRN indices by applying the theoretical price determined according to BVB’s technical specifications and a price correction factor for Fondul Proprietatea (FP) shares which captures the impact from the dividend income tax. In this regard, the price correction factor for FP shares will be calculated as the ratio between the theoretical price of FP considering the net dividend and the theoretical price of FP considering the gross dividend, determined at the end of the day on September 6, 2023 and it will be applied to the denominator within the formula for calculating BET-TRN and BET-XT-TRN indices on September 7, 2023;
3. Approval of the BET-BK index rebalancing. The new structure of the BET-BK index, following the operational adjustment from point 1 above, will be calculated and published at the end of the day on September 6, 2023 and will become effective starting from the trading session of September 7,2023.
